How to delete your WODMate account
Deleting your WODMate account will permanently remove all your personal information and data. Follow the instructions below to delete your account.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the WODMate app and sign in.
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom.
- Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner.
- Tap the Delete Account button.
- Tap Delete in the confirmation popup to immediately delete your account.
Warning: Account deletion is irreversible. After deletion, you can create a new account with the same email address, but previous data cannot be recovered.
Data That Will Be Deleted
The following data will be permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion:

| Box info | Box membership | Immediate |
Data That Will Be Retained
Payment and subscription records are retained for 5 years as required by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, after which they are destroyed. During this period, payment records are retained solely for legal compliance and are not used for any other purpose.
Account Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- Email: dirndhkd97@gmail.com
- Subject: [WODMate] Account Deletion Request
- Body: Please include the email address used for registration.
Email deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days after identity verification.
