WODMate Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") define the conditions for using the WODMate app (the "Service") provided by Heewon Noh (the "Developer"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

WODMate is a Functional Fitness all-in-one social app that provides the following features:

• WOD (Workout of the Day) logging and leaderboard
• Personal record (PR) tracking and management
• AI-powered custom workout generation
• Social feed (posts, comments, likes)
• Box (gym) community management
• Badge and level system

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 14 years old to use this Service.
• If we discover that a user under 14 has registered, the account and all related data will be immediately deleted.
• Only one account per person is allowed.

3. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

• Consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.
• If you have existing health conditions, injuries, or medical limitations, seek professional advice.
• AI-generated workout programs are for reference only; adjust based on your fitness level and injury status.
• The Developer is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from use of the Service.
• Users are responsible for adjusting exercise intensity to match their fitness level.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

4-1. Content Guidelines

Users may not post content that includes:

• Spam, advertisements, or promotional material
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Pornography or sexually explicit content
• Content promoting violence or dangerous activities
• Misinformation or impersonation
• Content infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Disclosure of others' personal information without consent

4-2. Content Rights

• Users retain copyright of their posted content.
• Users grant the Developer a non-exclusive license to display and distribute content within the Service.
• All user content is deleted upon account deletion.

4-3. Reporting and Enforcement

• Users can report inappropriate content or users through the in-app reporting feature.
• Reported content is reviewed and appropriate action is taken.
• Violations may result in content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.

4-4. Blocking

• Users can block other users.
• Blocked users' posts are hidden from the blocking user's feed.
• Block status is not disclosed to the blocked user.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• WODMate offers free features and paid premium features.
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• To cancel: iOS - Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions / Android - Google Play > Account > Manage Subscriptions
• Premium benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
• Refunds follow the refund policies of the respective store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

6. Account Management

• Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
• Users can delete their account at any time in app settings.
• Account deletion permanently removes all account/profile data, posts, comments, likes, WOD results, PRs, images, badges, and box memberships.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for the WODMate app, including design, logos, code, and content, belong to the Developer. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of the Service is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Developer does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service operation.
• The Developer is not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure.
• The Developer has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users.
• The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated workout programs.

9. Changes to Terms

Changes to these Terms will be announced through in-app notifications or this page and take effect 7 days after posting. Users who do not agree to changed Terms may discontinue use and delete their account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court where the Developer is located.
