Q. What is WODMate?

WODMate is a Functional Fitness all-in-one social app. It provides everything you need for functional fitness, including WOD (Workout of the Day) tracking, personal record (PR) management, a social feed, box (gym) communities, and AI-powered workout generation.

Q. How do I create an account?

After downloading the app, you can easily sign up with your email and password. Set your nickname, fitness level, and fitness goals to get started right away.

Q. How do I use the AI workout generator?

Tap the "Generate AI Workout" button in the WOD tab, then select workout type, duration, and difficulty to automatically create a customized workout. Free users can generate up to 3 workouts per day, while premium users have unlimited generation.

Q. What are the benefits of a premium subscription?

Premium subscribers enjoy ad-free experience, unlimited AI workout generation, premium badges, and more. You can manage your subscription from Profile > Premium in the app.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be canceled through the subscription management page in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Cancellation cannot be done directly within the app — please manage it through your respective store's subscription settings.

Q. How do I create or join a box (gym)?

You can create a new box or join an existing one using an invite code in the Box tab. Once you join a box, you can share WODs with fellow gym members and compete on the leaderboard.

Q. I want to delete my account.

You can delete your account from Profile > Settings > Delete Account in the app. For detailed instructions, please visit our Account Deletion page.

Q. I forgot my password.

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen, and a password reset link will be sent to the email address you used to register.
